What role do families play in business? How do entrepreneurs and investors make decisions? How does corporate governance shape firms’ long-term strategy? I address these questions using administrative data, large-scale samples, surveys, and experimental methods. My goal is to generate findings that are both academically rigorous and relevant to the practitioners navigating the complexities of corporate decision-making.
