I am Full Professor at the Department of Management & Technology at Bocconi University. Moreover, I am Research Member at the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI), Research Affiliate at the Center for Economic Policy Research (CEPR), and Board Member of the International Corporate Governance Society (ICGS).

My research is about family firms, corporate governance, strategy and the behavioral aspects of corporate decision-making. My articles have appeared in top journals such as Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Financial Economics, Management Science, and Organization Science.
