I study how firms make decisions — the human and structural forces that shape strategy, governance, and long-run performance. My work focuses on family firms, corporate governance, and the behavioural dimensions of corporate decision-making.

My research has appeared in the Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Financial Economics, Management Science, and Organization Science.
