I study how firms make decisions — the human and structural forces that shape strategy, governance, and long-run performance. My work focuses on family firms, corporate governance, and the behavioral dimensions of corporate decision-making.
My research has appeared in leading journals in management, finance and economics including the Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Financial Economics, Management Science, Organization Science, Journal of Law & Economics, and Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis.
