I am Full Professor at the Department of Management & Technology at Bocconi University. I am also a Research Member of the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI), a Research Affiliate of the Center for Economic Policy Research (CEPR), and a Board Member of the International Corporate Governance Society (ICGS).

My research focuses on family firms, corporate governance, strategy, and the behavioral dimensions of corporate decision-making. My work has been published in leading journals including Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Financial Economics, Management Science, and Organization Science.
