What is the role of families in business? How do entrepreneurs and investors make decisions? How can corporate governance sustain firms’ strategy? I address these topics using administrative data, large-scale samples, surveys and experimental methods. My findings support entrepreneurs and managers in dealing with the complexities of corporate decision-making.
